Desi Finesse is currently shipping all over India. At Desi Finesee we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this - we work around the clock to try and get you your products as soon as possible.

The customer should reach out within 48hrs of delivery along with the image (Post 48 hours we will not be able to entertain any complaints). If the damage is reported within 48 hours; Desi Finesse will take action accordingly.

• All orders are processed within 3-14 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 
• Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, Whatsapp or telephone. 
• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through call and/or email.
• Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 14 working days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
• It takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 7 pm IST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 7 pm IST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
• Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
• The customer can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website
• Delivery of orders would be done address specific not person specific.
• Please note that online payments don’t require any additional delivery charges. <<However, COD orders are charged at INR 75>>
• The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Desi Finesse reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Desi Finesse has the right in its sole discretion to update order status without prior intimation whatsoever.
