Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold but exchange can be done for some conditions (mentioned below).
The table below describes the return/exchange policy, subject to the main Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, for use of this website for services provided by Desi Finesse.

Return & Exchange due to (size issues) can be done within <<7 days>> from the date of delivery for all online orders. Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock. Tags & labels should be completely intact and products should be unused. |

DAMAGED PRODUCT/ WRONG PRODUCT |
Intimate within <<24 hours>> or one working day of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased. If you have received the damaged product or wrong product (wrong colour, size, style or category), please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece. Once the issue has been acknowledged by our team the next day, we will refund the shipping cost borne by the customer in the form of a credit note. |

ALTERED PRODUCTS |
No exchanges, returns or refunds will be made against garments/accessories which have been altered by the customer. |

SALE/ TUCK SHOP/ GIFT VOUCHERS |
No exchanges, returns or refunds will be made against garments/accessories which have been purchased on sale, discount or offers, through tuck shop or gift voucher/coupon by the customer. We request our customers to go through the size chart carefully for sale products. |

No exchanges, returns or refunds will be made against garments/accessories/ home decor which have been custom tailored for the customer. |

USED/ WASHED/TORN/ DIRTY |
No exchanges, returns or refunds will be made against garments/accessories which have been used, washed, torn or dirted by the customer. |

FACE MASKS Sarees, Accessories, Home Decor & Jewellery categories |
For hygiene reasons, face masks are non-returnable. No exchange or return for these categories. |
FAQs related to Exchange & Returns:
- When can a product purchased from Desi Finesse be exchanged ?
A product can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges can be done only because of size issues (bigger or smaller).
- How can one exchange a product purchased from Desi Finesse?
If the product is not from the sales section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at <<hello@desifinesse.com>> within 2 working days or 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange. Once the exchange request has been acknowledged by the team during the next working day, the customer is requested to send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Desi Finesse will not be responsible for any lost shipment. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.
- What details need to be mentioned on the package to be exchanged?
Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
- Who will bear the cost for an exchange of a product from Desi Finesse?
Costs of shipping for exchange (to & fro) has to be borne by the customer.
- How many times can a customer exchange a product ?
Exchange is allowed once per order.
- Why is my exchange not accepted?
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
- Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in color, finish and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
- 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
- No Refund, Return & Exchange For The TUCK SHOP.
- Purchases made from the SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the Custom tailored, sale, discounted, brought with a coupon or a gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
- No exchange or return for Masks, Sarees, Accessories, Home Decor & Jewellery categories.
- What if the size required by me for exchange is not available?
In case the size you have requested is not available, we will offer you the option to <<get credit note>> to buy something else.
- How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?
The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in the next 30 days on the Desi Finesse website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.

FAQs related to Cancellation of the order :
- When can one cancel their order ?
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please call us on +91 8527613874 or write to us at hello@desifinesse.com to request a cancellation.
We request the customer to agree not to dispute the decision made by Desi Finesse and accept Desi Finesse’s decision regarding the cancellation.

- What is a damaged product ?
Damaged product refers to a product or products that are stained or torn.
- What is the wrong product ?
A wrong product refers to a product that is totally different in colour, size, style or category shown in the images on the website.
- Why is my product not considered damaged or wrong by Desi Finesse?
- All the products manufactured by Desi Finesse are handcrafted and handmade, slight variations in colors, prints are the beauty of such products.
- 10-12 % variation in color is also due to lighting, camera lights and screen resolution of the device used by the client. Hence such little variations don't qualify for wrong/ damaged products.
- We follow our standardized size chart for our products, so we request you to check the size chart carefully before placing an order. If the same size has been delivered to you but doesn't fit you, it won't qualify for a wrong product but might qualify for exchange through our exchange policy. We request you go through our exchange policy for the same.
Store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
